Hi everyone!
Individual Volunteer Registration is open for CalGames 2026, so if you’d like to join the fun, please visit this form to submit your interest.
Event Dates: Friday, October 16, 2026 - Sunday, October 18, 2026
Event Location: Woodside High School, Woodside, CA
As you complete the volunteer application, please note that:
There are different sections for adults and youth; once you fill out the form accordingly, you’ll be directed to the appropriate section.
The date options listed to indicate your availability are full day shifts, but please let us know of any specific timeframes that you have by noting them on the form.
We’d love for our volunteers to try out new roles, so you are welcome to sign up for anything and everything that you are interested in (especially in a shadow/trainee capacity).
You can send any questions on volunteering to Renee via volu...@calgames.org.
