In the ROS discussion groups we have on Tuesday, I sometimes notice that people are not including a footprint description in their Nav2 configuration files, which will possibly make the Nav2 planner not correctly avoid obstacles, or choose a plan that will result in a collision. Here is a short article I just wrote about how to include the footprint in your configuration file.
