Some of these new radar processing chips seem fast and provide sparse cloud points.

Radars are getting good and very cheap.  I have two of them stuck to the wall right now with blue painter’s tape.  They can detect people with VERY low resolution.  But they can also see right through walls.     People are basically bags of saltwater and reflect radio waves but drywall, 2x4 lumber, and wooden furnature are transparent and invisible to mmWave radar.
