hdmi no tv volume

Hi All

Connecting laptop to TV via HDMI . Video output yes, audio output no. In Sound Settings there is no option for HDMI. Is something muted?

Does it show up in alsamixer? Also, what distro are you using, is PulseAudio installed as well?

Ubuntu 12.04
Something was muted in Alsamixer.
