Hierarchical Gaussian Filter (HGFs)

Dear hBayesDM developers, Dear all users,

I would like to fit a Hierarchical Gaussian Filter (HGF) to my data.

I noticed that there is no HGF in the lastest version of hBayesDM. However, I indeed found the Stan scripts for HGF on one github branch of our hBayesDM.

I am confused, may I know are these HGFs have been tested and validated? Or the HGFs is still under developing?

Hi Ted,

Yes, we have programmed some Stan codes for HGF a while ago, but they need more work. Hopefully we can release a working version soon...!
