hBayesDM in food chain

My focus is on utilizing Hierarchical Bayesian Analysis (HBA) to analyze the bioaccumulation process of  organic contaminants in the  food chain, as well as how environmental factors impact this process.  I require the construction of a hierarchical Bayesian model using the hBayesDM package in R, aimed at quantifying the influence of temperature on the enrichment of antibiotics in the planktonic planktonic food web and on the efficiency of food chain transfer. I am learning from here https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586-021-03352-2. Where can I start this modeling process?

Hi, 

If you are looking for which model to start from, referring to the list of models in hBayesDM could be helpful. In case you are interested in some classic books to start with, Kruschke's puppy book (for Bayesian analysis), Farell & Lewandowsky (general modeling), or Lee & Wagenmakers (2013)'s are my recommendations. We would be happy to discuss more about your next steps.
