Can't remotely connect hazelcast with jmx?

It seems that you can't connect to a node with jmx remotely(using ip and port), am i right?

You can but you should enable jmx remote using following system properties.

    -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote \


    -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=<port> \


    -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false \


    -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false
