LocalMapStatsProvider - replica has no owner

When starting up a second node in a cluster, we can see the following warning in the logs of the new node: 

com.hazelcast.map.LocalMapStatsProvider. Partition: Partition [89] {0: Address [...]:2323}, replica: 1 has no owner.

This stems from the following line in Hazelcast: https://github.com/hazelcast/hazelcast/blob/master/hazelcast/src/main/java/com/hazelcast/map/impl/LocalMapStatsProvider.java#L148

What does this warning mean and should we be worried?

No need to worry,  its because the replica partition is not ready/assigned yet, eventually you will get the right results.
