Need help with Hazelcast Metric hazelcast_HazelcastInstance_running

Hi Team,

We are using the hazelcast metrics exposed on prometheus endpoint that comes OOTB from hazelcast library to raise alerts, I want to understand more about the metric hazelcast_HazelcastInstance_running, I know that this metric would give value as 0 when instance is not running, but I want to understand when exactly the hazelcast instance is considered as not running, can someone help me with this?

Do we have any document to understand all the Hazelcast Metrics in detail?
