Deserialization in IMap.get

we have a repo where key and values are objects. key is lightweight but value is a complex object which can have lots of data in it sometimes.

When we use IMap.get, it is taking almost 200ms to get the value. 

In-Memory-Format is OBJECT and we are using hazelcast 3.11?

Why i am still losing time in deserialization?
