Does anyone have the address of Barbara Spencer who owns the garden at 21 with contains the willow in a dangerous condition.

Barbara Spencer lived for many years in Wolvercote Green (near The Plough). I can't remember the number of the house, and I don't know if she still lives there. She is elderly and very frail now. The Vicar of Wolvercote church might be able to help: vicarwolve...@gmail.com.
