This group is for the use of residents of Hayfield Road, Oxford, England. It provides a simple method of communicating with those residents of the street who also choose to be members. Have a look at the archives (below) if you are unsure whether you wish to join or not.

Nobody polices the group, but we would suggest you should keep the discussion to issues of local concern. So yes to news about local events, queries (e.g. anybody know a good plumber), local politics, no to stuff of more widespread concern (e.g. Brexit, climate change, the dismal state of our national politics).
