Howdy All,

Just thought i would let everyone know that there is a new default theme (feathers like-sort-of-ish) and a new version of the component showcase live here: http://haxeui.org/showcase.jsp.

Feed back always warmly welcomed! they are both unfinished so i wouldnt expect all things to work, and certainly not in both themes (there are no checkboxes in the default theme for example), because of that im not in a position to commit any of the changes yet, but i thought i would share anyway.

Cheers,
Ian

Hi,
Yes that looks promissing !
Have you an idea of the date you plan a kind of official release (with basic components at least) ?
Thanks for your work,

Franco, Mike: Thanks!

filt3rek: Its an on going thing, im currently spending some time cleaning some bits up and fixing some little bugs (the new theme exposed some issues that i fixed). Then i want to add some features, like virtualization (which is just about there) and then some more complex controls that i think are really needed (and requested), like TableView, TreeView, ColourSeletor, etc. As it stands at the momement, basic controls should be fine... unless im missing something and they dont work for you?

Vujadin: No, currently i dont think it will work nme at the moment, it may be trivial to change (ie, i think just using nme.* instead of flash.* might do the job?), but i havent tried that... At some point i would like to abstract alot of the openfl stuff out so you can choose/write you own back end. Eg, you could use openfl, nme, or an opengl framework for the drawing stuff... But thats not a priority just yet.

By-the-way... heres the html5 version of the componenent showcase: http://haxeui.org/examples/html/showcase/

Cheers,
Ian

Added a quick app to play with creating UIs online: http://haxeui.org/try.jsp

All very simple/basic!
