How to Add reference to .NET assembly in hxcs build tool?

I tried to use a DLL created with C++/CLI from Haxe, but compilation faild with error. I searched error message in google and found issue on this.

Is there any workaround for this issue? I created external class definition file instead, so that Haxe can compile without this error.

However, I don't know how to add reference to .NET Assembly to generated csproj file. Is this supported?

I took a look at hxcs git repo. Is this library no longer maintained?
