Hi,

For now, all the (gr8) massive libraries are not compatible with the upcoming haxe 3.
Is there someone that have ported them ?

Thanks,

Hi Eric,

We were just discussing support for Haxe 3 the other day. We've had a couple of patches submitted with Haxe 2.11/3 fixes, but haven't yet looked at bringing all our libraries up to date as our client projects currently target 2.10. Once SVN has stabilised (when we have an RC) we'll make sure everything is compatible.

In the meantime, feel free to submit a pull request on anything you've fixed :)

Best,
David

Hi Eric

If you want to follow David's advice and submit a patch, I just thought that I'd encourage you that it's not too difficult.  I've submitted patches for mlib and munit and it was pretty straight forward.

Pretty much all of the breaking changes are described here:
http://haxe.org/manual/haxe3?lang=en

And it shouldn't take too long to go through and correct them... it took me about half an hour each for mlib and munit, but I haven't looked at the mmvc code base so can't comment there.

Once you've made your patch you can use "haxelib run mlib install" to install your patched version to your haxelib so that you can use it while you wait for Massive to release an official update :)
