Install Haxe on Ubuntu

Hello guys,

I tried

sudo apt-get install haxe 
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:eyecreate/haxe
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install haxe 
sudo mkdir -p /usr/lib/haxe/lib
sudo haxelib setup

but seems nothing. Can anyone help me?

I don't know if the ppa is still maintained.

Have you tried:

- Use the installer from the NME website
- Use the installer from the Haxe website
- Compile Haxe on your own
