Chxdoc 1.2.0 Release

I have just updated chxdoc to version 1.2.0

Summary changes:
 - filtering engine replaced with a firewall style
 - Haxe metadata support and tag merging
 - New xml configuration system
 - command line switches changed

This is a version with some major changes, including command line switch and
template changes, so if you are currently using chxdoc, I strongly recommend
you visit the 'migration guide' at
http://code.google.com/p/caffeine-hx/wiki/ChxDocChanges

Installation is still the same...
haxelib install chxdoc
haxelib run chxdoc install [path to install binary to]

Documentation has also been updated and is available at
http://code.google.com/p/caffeine-hx/wiki/ChxDoc
