Is building a windows version possible from a Mac?
When I try building it, I get the error sh: /usr/lib/haxe/lib/lime/2,6,8//templates/bin/ReplaceVistaIcon.exe: Permission denie

Will I just have to try from a windows machine or am I doing something wrong?

No, it's not possible. There may be some chance with Cygwin, but it's a lot of work to setup that kind of emulation.

* A Virtualbox machine is easy enough to setup.

* I think it may be possible with the correct ndlls but I don't have a Mac. You can open a new thread in the OpenFL forum or search its history. I know that it's now possible to build to Windows on a Linux machine for example.

Just to clarify, it is possible to do Windows builds from a Mac (I do it on mine).
The ReplaceVistaIcon.exe warning doesn't stop the build process. It just means no icon gets attached to the .exe

Really? That seems crazy, that XCode could compile a Windows binary.
