Error With OpenFL when using Substates and exporting to Neko?

Hello,

I'm having a strange error when exporting to Neko (it works fine on Flash and HTML5.) The problem on my end seems to be using substates.

I think it might be an issue with with the _legacy library, does anyone know how to set it so that it doesn't use _legacy? Or could there be another issue?
