Hi,

GamepadTest (flash build) not working. It was terminated in startup.

Version: HaxeFlixel 4.0.1, flixel-demos 2.1.0

Build: flash debug

Gamepad: USB HID Gamepad x1 (BSGP801GY - http://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B002B9XB0E/)

Position: FlxGamepad.hx line 668

Error: [Fault] exception, information=RangeError: Error #1506

Error line: axisValue = _device.getControlAt(AxisID).value;

Variables: AxisID == 0x10

_device.numControls == 0x10
