The system cannot find the file specified

After upgrading to Flixel 4, Flashdevelop will not start debugging when I press play. It will compile, and i can technically run the compiled export, but it will no longer automatically do so. It compiles and gives me "The system cannot find the file specified". 

Any help with fixing this?

I remember OpenFL having some issues along those lines if the file name (the one specified in the <app> tag) contained spaces. Those should've been fixed a while ago though..
