flixel command doesn't work

I've tried today to make a new flixel project, I've used from this page:

the command:

flixel tpl -n "HelloWorld"

which says that command is not found (I'm on windows 7)

When I tried:

haxelib run flixel tpl -n "HelloWorld"

I'm getting:

Library flixel version 3.1.0 does not have a run script

Have you run "haxelib run flixel-tools setup"? Either way, this should work for sure:

haxelib run flixel-tools tpl -n "HelloWorld".

I have the same problem: "Library flixel version 3.1.0 does not have a run script". Even after installing and running flixel-tools setup. When I check my directory, flixel-tools are installed in the correct location and the command file run.n is happily sitting inside the folder. 

My problem began after I stupidly uninstalled haxelib. I reinstalled it and then I wasn't able to use the run command anymore. I hope this problem can be fixed.

Thank you very much, it worked when I used flixel-tools, but I think this page:

must be updated with flixel-tools command.

Sorry, I don't understand, what needs to be updated there? The page explains how to install flixel, not flixel-tools.

If the flixel command does not work after you ran "haxelib run flixel-tools setup", something must've went wrong with copying the flixel.bat in the bin subdirectory of flixel-tools to "C:\HaxeToolkit\haxe" (that's the default location for haxe installations anyway, could be different for you). You can manually copy that file there and it should work.
