Cant find the class flixel.util.loaders.This class was removed?

That's not a class, it's a package. In 4.0.0 flixel.util.loaders is now flixel.graphics.FlxGraphic, and the remaining classes can mostly be found in flixel.graphics.frames. Check out the TexturePackerAtlas demo if you're looking for that.
