Unauthorised messages from my account

You may have received one or more spurious messages supposedly from me. This account was hacked earlier today from an IP address in Belorus. However I believe I have now been able to block them.

For future reference please note I will never send links or attachments without fully explaining them in the content and context of the rest of the message. If you receive something from me that looks fishy then please either ignore it or feel free to contact me for confirmation before clicking or opening.
