I have a Hawkboard here which is not working after a power supply issue from my side. I have over powered (accidentally connected a 12v adapter) the board and looks like I burned out something although I managed to pull out the cable right away. Is it possible to get it repaired? Can anyone here help me out with this?

Hi,

there is a fuse soldered next to the power connector on the back side of the board. If you are lucky the only thing you need is to short circuit that.

Best regards, David

Most likely it will be much more than the fuse. There are onboard switchers. One of them will be fried.

Same thing happened to me. I got the spares, but had lost interest due to the terrible design flaws of the board.
