Hi David,
I will have to send a series of emails, as the size we can send is more greatly limited than before. In this email, I am showing the comparison of the HAWK runs to a run that was done on the Legacy POPI equipment. There is some difference in where the peaks are in the plot, but the temperature of the maxima of the TC peak is essentially the same, just a difference in the run time where it comes out due to the program.
The parameters that were run the last time seem to be a good for running ALL of the samples you have. It is notable that the overall peak shape and ratios seem to be very similar by visual inspection.
