Hi Pete,
Sorry that I couldn’t answer you quickly because of the holidays. In fact they will last up to January, 9th. And my guys are off.
If the files you sent are urgent than I try to solve them.
Yes, I’ve got the email from you with movie and I tried to import data you’ve sent by myself. I see that there is an error while trying to open imported samples but unfortunately my guys are at vacation, so we have to wait until they come, until this is that urgent.
Best regards,

Sergey,
The new *.rox files that are generated with the purge cut off cause the program to lock up. You can load them, but not view them as trying to access the routine folder causes the program to lock. I sent you a movie, did you not get it?? In any case, we can't test the instrument until this is fixed and we can load data from the HAWK to GC-ROX.
Best regards,
Pete
Hi David,
Could you please send me the samples from which you have produced those .rox files. I will try to figure out what is happening.

If you mean instrument log path than I believe that the place is here:
· Choose item “Settings” from upper menu (where System, Windows etc.)
· Choose “Setting system directories”
· In the opened form find “source_data”, choose it and change “log_files_location” there.

Can you tell me where I change the HAWK-Eye log file location within HAWK-Eye?

I am sorry I forgot to ask you also background and standard samples that you have used for these POPI samples
And standard values for standard sample
I mean can you give me any background and standard samples that you have burned recently? I can do calibration by myself.

I has doing some experiments with changing the starting temperature, the two files I sent were started at 180, to calibrate I would have to run a blank and STD using that method so I did not.
David
David gave me the original HWK files that instrument has produced. He said also that he have not run calibration for them so we will not be able to know the amount of real physical matter.
Anyway I tomorrow I will try to play with them and tell you the results.

Will that cause a problem with a exported Rox file?
Hi David,
Semen found that in order to export data into .rox format one have to check this:
· It is necessary to choose method before export. Samples with no method defined are exported incorrectly
· In case you export sample which isn’t calibrated be sure to choose “raw” option while exporting sample
In attachment there is one correctly exported rox file which includes two samples (647-180A.HWK and 647-180.HWK) that you sent me.
To check yourself control the size of the file. Correct file which includes one sample is bigger than 9kb
