HULA Board of Director Elections:

The time has come to once again hold elections for the Hawaii Ultimate Board of Directors. As a quick refresher, elections are held every year and candidates are elected to the board for a two year cycle. For the 2026-2028 cycle, there are seven positions open on the board.

Anyone who is a dues paying member of HULA is eligible to vote. Being a dues paying member means you have played in at least one league in the last calendar year. That means if you participated in any of Summer 2025, Fall 2025, Goaltie League 2026, or Spring 2026 you are eligible to vote for the board of directors. Hall of fame members are permanently eligible to vote.

It might seem like a minor thing, but having your voice heard and voting for the board is very important. The board determines costs of leagues, tournaments to be held throughout the year, gives out grants, and helps run small events. Most ultimate things that occur on island are in some way run through the board.

Here is a flyer with the candidates for this year's board of directors, as well as a google form to vote for your preferred candidates. Instructions on voting are included within if anything is unclear. Please feel free to reach out to the board with any questions.
VOTE HERE!!!
