Person ( s ) living in HACA center

I too have noticed from time to time in the last year or so ,a vehical
at odd hours of the night ,starting at about 9pm till 7am at the HACA
center building.All lights blazing but door is locked.I sometimes come
in at 3-4am and all lights blazing but no vehical except firehouse
lock on door not locked or not even on the locked hasp so can only
think that whom ever is living in the HACA center at night must have
access to both buildings.

Just my observations as a resident who actually cares.

  It's been known for years, who's been using the office for their personal use. I found the office computer's history choked with porn websites and shared this info with everyone. However, I could not get the support then, to remedy it. No one wanted to believe it. Just like the issues I found with the office manager at the time. No one wanted to believe it.
  DM asking who it is, to Susan, is a shallow attempt to avoid a forthright solution, or to feign ignorance. The recent events in the office has brought a change to the access issue.
