Aircraft (helicopter and fixed wing) overflight of Hawaii Volcanoes National Park

The national park is putting together an air tour management plan.

Why do we care? Anybody hear helicopters overflying their property
now? If the park opens up the option for more overflights of their
areas, more helicopters and fixed wing aircraft will probably be
flying over Hawaiian Acres to get to the park.

The FAA and NPS will host three open-house style meetings on Hawaii
Island for the public to share ideas and comments about commercial air
tour flights above Hawaii Volcanoes National Park.
