NEW PUNA LIBRARY
Hawaii State Public Library System
Wants Your Input!
During the 2014 Legislative Session, $800,000 was allocated
to plan and design a new library in Puna. The Hawaii State
Public Library System (HSPLS) has held community input
sessions in Pahoa, Mountain View, and Kea’au to help drive
the planning for library services, programming and space.
HSPLS received valuable feedback and is now seeking any
additional thoughts and ideas from the Puna community via a
simple online survey.

Lee's note: the survey does NOT ask about your preferred
location; please put a note in the final section to tell them
you want it in Keaau, not Pahoa!
