Now that the website may be unblocked . (Not verified .) All The emails from Phil state the Haca group was turned over to Haca board members . Phil's
January emails state that Jennifer Simone Dahl and Laurie have the Haca website in their name as moderators . This was not changed over to them.
This is not a Diane miller or ken cutting decision being the two now non members blocking the site and subject to further action .

All of a sudden the blocked and censored site has ken, Diane as censorers against the invoices Haca paid for and reimbursed ton Phil Tait . Since January the Haca site has been blocked to Haca board . . Like we know it's a preexisting board prior to last board takeover . Long before last board came on , it was started several years before they came .

The conditions they made for transfer fees and paid members only is violated . Ken has never paid a penny and Diane Phil and ken didn't pay this year either

We the landowners are in favor of turning over Haca google groups to a third party or agreed on Haca board members Jennifer Meyers ,Dahl Owens or and Simone kindhearted .

Haca google group belongs to board although ; we would agree to a third party acceptable to HACA.and voted by Haca members .
The fact Diane Phil bobo & ken haven't paid dues makes this illegal .
Site is blocked to most landowners and heavily censored is not owned ny ex ex board members as charged to HACA members .
is time for you give it up .

The control and misinformation is deliberate and sanbotage to try control the outcomes of misuses of transfer fees and proxies
:
We the landowners decided that since all invoices are charged to Phil taits credit card and then reimbursed to him by HACA It's a HACA paid group , for the Haca board to decide and use as they see fit.

I can't make much sense of the posting, but I can clarify that no payments have ever been made in respect of the hawaiianacres-info group. It is a Google group, and Google has never charged anything for the service.

The "Haca website", http://hawaiianacres.org uses a paid hosting service (Bluehost). There is no "blocking" of it that I am aware of.

pmac306's (Patrice's?) note posting does not make much sense to me either.  I can see a "Diane" mentioned so perhaps that is an attempt to reference me.  (My name is Diana, not Diane.)  Just for clarification, the HACA-Board google group is being managed by current HACA board members.  I have nothing to do with that group since I am not on the HACA board.

This "Hawaiian Acres Info google group" is a google group started "for announcements and event notifications, and information of general interest to Hawaiian Acres lot owners and residents."  I do not see the rationale that the group should be "turned over" to the current HACA board.  if desired, the current HACA board could start a new google group and all the names on your "petition" could join that new group.

As always, pmac306, thank you for your input.

regards,
diana miller

I also have trouble following this persons post. Are they talking about the HACA Website, which I have no part of, or the Hawaiian Acres info Google Group, which I have recently been made a moderator (again)? I do know that the 'statement' that I am not a member (I presume of HACA?) is blatantly incorrect. Besides, being a member is not a prerequisite of moderating a Google Group. As far as 'blocking' and 'censorship', allowing this persons post to appear kinda negates that accusation. It does, however, have merit in its entertainment value.

Methinks Patrice protests too much. I believe Philip. He is very credible. I share his recollection of the facts. I suspect most of the rest of the previous board may also have the same recollections. I remember the meeting where Philip explained that the google group was free and was completely separate from the official paid site. I hadn't previously understood that fact. I don't recall any facebook site but I never use facebook. A look at the minutes from that meeting would likely show Patrice was at that meeting. She has had a very good attendance record.

I am concerned that few if any of the people's names on Patrice's email know they are being signed on to an inaccurate email. I fear some of the current HACA officers don't always operate from the facts, transparency, and the realities of our community, and often seek to exclude community members and make up "facts". It is imperative that a site such as this one
( hawaiian-...@googlegroups.com )remain open to all reasonably polite community members. Some people appear to be hoping to muzzle community members by hijacking this discussion group so people won't see that the emperor has no clothes. Sometime appearances are important. It would be better to listen to community members no longer comfortable with HACA management and to be able to engage in a courteous discussion by all parties without the fear of being removed from the group.

I hope that the current HACA officers will once again start posting minutes of their meetings in a timely fashion; and to post those of previous meetings and proposed budgets, or my past treasurer's reports, on the HACA paid website. I hope they can post a budget and running monthly financial report as was done in the past years. Community members and HACA members deserve to see the full picture. I hope this is done soon or otherwise paid HACA members may have doubts about renewing our paid memberships.

In some of the current HACA officers' correspondence, the leadership continues to level unsupported, nonfactual statements. Their statements too often expose their own lack of understanding of basic accounting practices, recordkeeping and nonprofit law. I would encourage this board to undergo nonprofit training and to promote an adherence to fair and open process. It's never too late.

Someone apparently hacked my account . I don't have an email list and nothing bob says resembles any discussion of landowners wanting a neutral web site moderator who is not ex politician nor ex boards members . All meetings were recorded .
The 23 emails to me passed on to you; are landowners who live or own here . Their emails not Patrice's

How is it possible to sign onto someone else's email is a very stupid statement and can't be done . What is bob talking about that's just impossible and ridiculous statement . Whose on your email list cause I'm quite sure Patrice doesn't have one or use one . She does know a lot of people most not haca or Harc related so perhaps you are confused looking at the county agreement and Patrice and Carl or whom do you refer to.?

Some people appear to be hoping to muzzle community members by hijacking this discussion group so people won't see that the emperor has no clothes. That's bobs MO all right . Don't send me out politically incorrect emails mentioning me anymore as 23 have offered their opinions already . Sometime appearances are important. It would be better to listen to community members no longer comfortable with HACA management and to be able to engage in a courteous discussion by all parties without the fear of being removed from the group.
