WHO IS HE? (AKA, where's Waldo?)

Chick is notorious for hiding little easter eggs in his cartoons. He
started putting Fang the dog in his tracts decades before the "Where's
Waldo?" craze hit. But in this latest tract, he kicks it up a notch
in the very first opening page. Out of the 15 people spanning the
first two interior pages, I recognize three (so far) PLUS Fang! Page 2
(Inside cover) has Lois Farakahn (spelling?) from Nation Of Islam. It
also has the character Chick drew as the rich man earlier when
tellling the story of Lazerous, the begger. (Can't remember which
tract-- can you? This is one Chick drew, not Carter. "The dogs licked
his sores", ew!) Then page 3 has what appears to be William Gaines of
EC comics fame! So one has to wonder... who are the other guys?

Just got mine in the mail today.
Yep, some of those mugs look familiar.
