Friday Evening Meal for the Hauer Family

           Dear Haven Family, 

Here are the specifics for the meal the Hauers have asked if we can prepare for them on this Friday evening. Our church family is so giving and we are certain we will be able to meet the needs. There are dietary restrictions, at least a major potion of the items need to be gluten free, and there is also an allergy to sunflower seeds. 

There will be an evening meal on Friday to serve approximately 65 people. Below are the specific needs:
-6 main dishes to serve 10 people each
-5 side dishes to serve 10 people each
-7 desserts to serve 10 people each
-Water or other drinks would be helpful.
-Paper plates and plastic ware is also needed. 

Items will need to be delivered to Haven on Friday between 5:00 and 5:30 PM. Please contact Bobbie Fussichen via phone or email (contact information listed below) with what you plan to provide so we can make sure all of the needs are met.
