Morally culpability of BATO

Funny, back in the day, I could well have argued that it was "internationally unwise and imprudent" to allow Poland and Hungary to join NATO.

But I would not have ever said NATO was "morally culpable" for letting Humgary and Poland into NATO.

Indeed, in the light of recent events, I might well argue that it could be deemed "morally culpable" to kick Poland and Hungary out of NATO at this juncture of world affairs.
