Well done on today's race - another great run, under somewhat stressful conditions for you all. Should think you're due a well-earned pint or two for recovery!! For what it's worth, I certainly picked up many, many more positive comments than negatives from runners. Most people fully understood the reasoning behind the change of route and accepted it. I did get one a**y g*t moaning that it should have been called off, but he was definitely in the minority!
I know Stan (from Hatton Darts) spoke to Tidy at the race today, but please could you forward a copy of the results (pref in excel, I think) to him as soon as possible, as he has to collate the results for the BDSL teams, circulate these to the BDSL Club contacts for checking, before publishing the League placings. This usually happens within a few days of a League race, so it would be much appreciated.
