Morning Rach and Ladies,

I have been umming and arhing for a while now but I don't think I can run.

As some of you may know, I am running 50 marathons this year, on average 1 a week.  I was going to run a mid week marathon this week and then race on Sunday, but a) I'm too busy with work to fit a mid week run and b) I risk injury

I'm so sorry.  I wanted to be there, especially to honour Kelly.

I'll be cheeky and post my charity link here.  I am running 50 marathons as I am 50 this year and wanted to challenge myself and raise some money.
I am raising money for Dementia UK, in memory of my Dad and for a children's retreat, Reubens Retreat based in the Peaks, that supports families with children that have medical complexities and families of child loss.

Thanks everyone, have a great race

Hi all
Just trying to work out, alongside Karen’s marshalling requirements, if we have a min of 4 ladies to make a team for our race on Sunday. So far I think we have Jo F, Claire C…. Is anyone else able to run on Sunday s please?  Would love two more to name a team. If you’ve never done a cross country it doesn’t matter, it’s great fun. We get points if we can get a min of 4 ladies. Unfortunately I’m unable to run on Sunday. Please let me know so that I can inform Karen regarding marshalling.
Rach xx
