Thanks for this notice.  I signed, but I wonder how it will change to end switching to DST.  Is it already understood how that will work, or is there a plan for how to affect it?  I understood it would take a large number of people to petition for such change, which is what I wanted with this group, but communication did not develop with this group to expand in numbers for that.  I will support anything that will lead to success for that.
