As the group grows, how long to wait for a change

I have come to be rethinking a projection to when a change away from
switching the clocks for all of us can be accomplished. I still think
it is a possibility for the coming decade, but if it comes about from
this group, I can see it's growth is not great now, when at its
beginning I consider growth to be critical, and I would say the
possibility is realistically to be hoped for in five to ten years. It
is desirable to try to have it happen sooner, of course, and so it is
to be hoped we can have this group speed up its growth, very much so,
and I would gladly take ideas for this direction.
