Opportunity does not stay around

The time of switching fades into the past, and people who doubt the
priority that should be given this will think less of it, until it
again becomes an issue in their lives, either when it goes back to
"standard", or else 4 months later, when they would be required to
give up an hour from their scheduled lives. We will be there then,
but if only it would be easier to be active sooner.
