Best to go with the guidelines

Messages coming from any of us in this group to stop the switching to
and from DST should follow the guidelines as posted at the group
site. The guidelines are reasonable and accomodating. Of course
messages that refer to DST or ST or the switching, or how to stop it,
or further the enlargement of this group, will be accepted. But
messages would be accepted that are just responses to anything
previously posted, so a great deal of communication, which is
desirable for such a group as this, is possibe. This accomodates us
well, and undesirable messages for the group as a whole, and any spam,
will not be permitted to be posted. Make good use of what we can do,
and we can grow enough to sometime really stop the switching back and
forth.
