New WPF branch

I created a new branch for WPF UI that started to develop Soudamini (Mini).

Please take note that from now, you will need to check out from:

https://hathi.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/hathi/trunk

to get the current trunk

and

https://hathi.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/hathi/branches/wpf

to get new WPF UI concept project.
