eserver installation

Hi people,

you can install you own eserver on openSuse11.

It is NPTL enabled.

We spent our afternoon yesterday trying to configure the lugdunum
eserver in linux.
eserver didn't work in ubuntu server, but Pankaj put operational
eserver in opensuse 11.
I will post a how to install opensuse and configure eserver.
