I was having this issue where Safari would return the message Safari cannot open the page because the network connection was lost. My client was having the issue but it was working fine for me. I was eventually able to replicate the issue using the iOS Simulator for an iPhone 7 on iOS 10.2.

This doesn't have to be a problem when not the base content such as the html file throws this error. This is a serious bug in Safari, when one piece (file that belongs to the page) of the page throws a 500 error it doesn't display the whole page.

why does it say safari cannot download this file

I have not tested this yet because I don't own an iDevice. I want also test it with a page that throws a 500 error to check if the same error message ("Safari cannot open webpage as it is not connected to internet") appear on Safari. When true, it is a stupid message because there is an internet connection but only the page is not accessible.

I have had this same problem of clicking the "unlock 1 password" button and nothing happening after each update. 1Password needs to improve its update process so that things like this don't happen each time. Clicking on the quit completely menu item does fix it for me, but it shouldn't be necessary whenever the program is updated. Most other software starts ok after updates without this type of rigamarole confusing users.

When it gets into this mode, clicking (left or right) on the helper icon in the menubar does not bring up 1password. I had to Force Quit it, and relaunch just to get to the Quit Completely option. And, merely Force Quitting (in step 1 above) did not seem to fix the original problem.

I am trying to integrate facebook sdk 3.1.1, I am getting issue in authenticating , when I authorize the app in safari it says "Cannot open page" - "Safari cannot open the page because the address is invalid" any guesses ?

My website works fine on all desktop browsers and mobile browsers except for mobile safari. It does work on mobile safari if you are connected to the wifi but not if you are using just data.I have tried everything. Please help.

I am using Zoom Meeting SDK v.2.15.2.
I am not able to screen share in safari or chrome on my ipad. The share button does not appear, safari/Chrome (on mobile), and safari (web). Chrome/Firefox on Windows does have a screen share button.

The login problem seems to be back? I cannot login from Safari (13.0) - cleared cache/website data and that seems to have created more of an issue. I can ONLY seem to log in using "saved" logins in Firefox and Chrome. In Firefox, if I type in the username/password it does not work (I can't do this in Safari because all browser data was cleared in order to try solve this issue).

It seems that AT&T needs a Change Control system and an improved testing process. Changing software without testing it on all customer platforms is unacceptable. I wonder what Apple would say if they discovered that AT&T log-in problems occur so frequently on Apple devices and browsers, because changes weren't properly tested there. Would they still allow AT&T to sell iPhones; would they change their pricing discount; or would they reach out to AT&T to help with a fix. Either way, I hope this gets fixed soon and made so it does not happen again.

I'm having this exact issue on my Mac. I've been thinking it was ATT and then I logged in from my iPad browser with no problem. Its just safari on the Mac that is causing this. They need to fix this. It almost cost you a customer today. It says to clear your cookies. I have done that. I cleared just ATT website data at first. Then I just cleared everything. This is pathetic.

My troubleshooting steps here will be somewhat limited, as I cannot access your account or view any of your store information. I would suggest following the troubleshooting advice on your support ticket that you said you recently received a reply on. Engaging with the support advisor there, and following along with any steps provided, as well as replying to them with your findings will be the best way to proceed with this.

Thanks for getting in touch! We'll gladly help you out.

In addition to the steps @Bethany_Dawn suggested, could you also try on two different browsers accessing the web player via a private or incognito browser?

If that doesn't do the trick, it's a good idea to check your hosts file for Spotify entries, if you're experiencing this on a desktop device. The steps for Windows can be found here and for Mac bellow:
