Dear HASUG members,

It is becoming more difficult for the HASUG Steering Committee to plan our quarterly meetings without having a location to hold them.

This email is a request to each of you to reach out within your respective management/company to seek approval to host one of our future meetings.  Or, can you investigate if your local library is capable of having one of our meetings and let us know?  We have had a couple of meetings at the Orange Public Library and would like to know if other libraries within each of your own communities are able to as well.

We are currently seeking location sites for November and future meetings in Feb 2015 and May 2015.  Typically, our attendance  ranges from 30 to 50 people.  Refreshments are nice to have but NOT required.  And, the meeting site would need to have presentation equipment so speakers can connect to a projector system and a micro-phone so the audience can hear/see the presentation.

If you can host a site or your local library can, please contact one of the HASUG Steering Committee members - http://www.hasug.org/committee .

In addition, we also have need for members or your associates to volunteer to present topics that would be of interest to the HASUG members.  Please consider presenting a topic in the future and let the steering committee know, and we will gladly consider your topic for a future meeting.

Our above requests are somewhat urgent so we can plan future meetings and would like to hear from you as soon as possible.

The HASUG Steering Committee
