How to use MBoxes

Hello everyone,

I am writing an app in which MBoxes could be useful (Explicitly having the write end in the server and the read end in the client and a thread automatically spawned for the inbox), but I have no idea how to use them.  The examples HasteApp and Chatbox use MVars for communication and the documentation is not clear on actual usage (Particularly where when and how to spawn is not clear). I can implement a solution using MVars and fork(s), but using MBoxes would, I suspect, make the solution cleaner.
