Hi guys..just bought an eos t7..popped in 1 gig sd card..formatted it with camera..yet pics do not seem to be saving to card. After 80 pics..said full.. It was about older card so I bought a micro with adapter ( understand that is a no no now).. still only 30 or so allowed..is there a setting ( didn't see one) to save direct to card..or do I need a proper card? Thx

One thing I REALLY miss in photo sessions with 300D is the ability
to look at a glance at how many pics (or how much free space) is
left on the card.
Or maybe it's there, but I can not see it.
With my older compact Olympus, I could see that easily and it even
adjusted the count automatically when I changed the file type. Now
why such a handy function hasn't been implemented on the 300D?
Does anyone know of any way other than going to the "format"
command in the menu, to know how much space (or even better, how
many pics at current file type), are left on the card?

Thanks everyone for your great suggestions on taking aerial photos. I will try again and put it on Tv and increase the shutter speed. I just ordered an IS lens too so hopefully that will help. In looking back at my pics I took the shutter speed was definitely a problem. All of them were like 200 and 250.

So there is a huge beautiful full moon and I wanted to take some raw images and see how close I could get into see it. My first problem is I am way to new to this camera and DSLR.... I put the camera on a tripod with my 55x250 and tried everything I could think of and for some reason I could get right into the moon for the pic nicely and get it to focus but no matter what I tried I kept getting blown out moons and double moons and everything I didn't want... What was i doing wrong and what should I have done? Please help I wanna try it again but surely need to know what to do. Sorry for the dumb newbie question but Im lost. show me what moon pics you have gotten and what lenses you used and what setting you used

im new to the rebel t5 but i love it. ive always had point and shoots, so this is different. i post on a few sites and they say the pic must be at least 6 mega pixels, how do i set the camera for that? thank you

If yes, it is quite easy: simply get yourself a USB card reader compatible with the type of card used in your camera. Insert card into reader; insert into USB port and double click on the icon showing up on your desktop. Using the window, simply move your pics to whatever location or app you want.

Earlier this week, the "Bridesmaids" star shared a few family vacation pics in her Instagram story that showed her and Agruma posing on a private plane with a bundled-up Royce, whose face Wilson concealed with a Santa Claus emoji.
