Request to access datasets for non commercial academic research

This is to inform you that I am a masters student at NIT, Hamirpur currently working on my thesis. My research objectives require datasets of low resource languages. It is focused on developing automated labeling and classification techniques for identifying hate speech in indic languages. The dataset will be solely used within our institution and for non-commercial research. We will ensure that all terms and conditions associated with the use of the dataset are fully adhered to, including proper citation and acknowledgment in any resulting publications.
