Request the password for the HASOC 2023 task 2 dataset

I am a master's student at the School of Information, Yunnan University, China, and I am very interested in HASOC (2023).Hate Speech and Offensive Content Identification in English and indoaryan Languages, Task 2: Identification of Conversational hate Speech in Code-Mixed Languages (ICHCL), we hope you can provide the passwords of the training set and the test set for academic research only, and commit to the reasonable use of the dataset.
