My name is Amrit Gulati, a third-year student at Thapar University, Patiala. I am currently pursuing my degree of Bachelor of Engineering there. 

My elective is Conversational AI my Nvidia. I need access to the 2022 dataset Conversational Hate Speech in code-mixed languages for my research in the NLP-Domain. I need to make a project for detection of hate speech in Indian language using transformers. 

I assure you that the dataset will be used solely for academic and reseach purposes.
